The information is used only to review and respond to your enquiry, manage a potential membership request, and protect the website from misuse. The club does not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Storage and access

Form submissions are emailed to the club mailbox. Access should be limited to authorised club representatives. Email retention is managed through the club's mailbox and should be reviewed periodically.

Your choices

You can contact the club at wheelin@clcv.com.au to ask about information submitted through the website or request that an enquiry email be deleted where practical.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation, rate limiting and anti-spam controls when correctly deployed according to the supplied hosting instructions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive personal, payment or medical information should not be submitted through the general enquiry form.
